Refund policy

OVERVIEW At Aurora Glow Labs, we take pride in the quality of our beauty and personal care products. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

ALL SALES FINAL For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or hair products (including wigs, extensions, lashes, and ponytails).

EXCEPTIONS We will only accept a return or issue a resolution in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible, you must contact us at alyssab499@gmail.com within 7 days of confirmed delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue.

RESOLUTIONS Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement item or store credit at our sole discretion. Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Opened or used products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items reported after the 7-day window
  • Sale or discounted items

PROCESSING TIME Once your claim is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for resolution processing.
