OVERVIEW Aurora Glow Labs ships beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and hair products across the US and select international destinations. Some orders are fulfilled directly by our trusted third-party supplier network.
PROCESSING TIME Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing times may vary based on product availability and supplier schedules. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
- Domestic (US): 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
SHIPPING RATES Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS If your order contains products from multiple suppliers, it may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. Aurora Glow Labs has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES Aurora Glow Labs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at alyssab499@gmail.com.
