Aurora Glow Labs offers beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and hair products including wigs, extensions, lashes, and ponytails. Certain products are fulfilled through third-party supplier networks. We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Any offer made on this site is void where prohibited by law. We do not warrant that product quality will meet your expectations.

SECTION 3 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information on this site is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Material is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions. Any reliance on site content is at your own risk. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance. We reserve the right to refuse any order. If we cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the contact information provided at checkout.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING, FULFILLMENT & DELIVERY

Orders are fulfilled by Aurora Glow Labs and/or our trusted third-party supplier network. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only — they are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on location, supplier availability, carrier delays, and customs processing.

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once confirmed as shipped. For international orders, you are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by your country. Aurora Glow Labs has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, and for hygiene and safety reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Exceptions are made only when: (a) the item arrives damaged or defective; or (b) you received the wrong item. In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery at alyssab499@gmail.com with photographic evidence. We will work with our suppliers to issue a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion. Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed and are evaluated case by case. Aurora Glow Labs reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet the above criteria.

SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS & DROPSHIPPING

Some products are sourced from and shipped directly by third-party suppliers. Aurora Glow Labs acts as the seller of record for all transactions. Supplier identities and fulfillment details are kept confidential as proprietary business information.

Product descriptions, ingredient lists, certifications, and imagery are provided in good faith based on supplier-provided information. Aurora Glow Labs makes no independent warranties regarding the accuracy of such information. We are not liable for any adverse reactions, allergies, or health issues arising from product use. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and consulting a healthcare professional if needed.

SECTION 8 – USER ACCOUNTS

If you create an account on our site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

SECTION 16 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the State of Florida. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aurora Glow Labs and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements, communications, or proposals between you and us.
